All foods will be priced and prepared for the exact number of guests.

Staffing and Service charges will depend on the guest count, the style of service that you desire,
location of your event, length of the event and quantity of food that you wish to serve. These costs vary and will
be determined once all the variables are known. We provide uniformed wait staff, bartenders and on-site chefs to
staff events as required.

Equipment Rentals vary depending on the style of service and desires of the client. Minimal
serving tables and serving equipment are provided free of charge. Beyond these basics there are many
possibilities for rental needs. Often, the client has some or all of the equipment needed for the event. All
of these needs will be discussed with the client and determined.

The cost of utensils, plates and napkins are not included in the food costs. Some clients wish
to provide these or they can be purchased or rented. High quality disposable plastic and paper goods if
appropriate can be provided.

Decorations such as colored linens, floral arrangements and table props all add to the appeal
of a catered event. We strive to create a beautiful display for you and your guests to enjoy and there are
many options for decoration. |
